As a native Parisian, we grew up going to the bakery everday.
We’ve founded Union Boulangerie in January 2020 2021 to share our own vision of a French Bakery. We wanted to create a local shop for a local community. A place where everybody can gather, chat and laugh with their neighbors and the Union team.

As bakers, we are also the gatekeepers of culinary traditions, keeping alive the timeless recipes passed down through generations. While we pay homage to tradition, we sometimes push the boundaries of flavor, experimenting with new combinations, and add a touch of creativity to classic recipes. Another very important point for us was to give our community the best quality at a fair price.
